Institut de Leadership

The mission of the Leadership Institute is to maximize the potential of individuals and organizations by developing the skills of local employees, managers and entrepreneurs. They don't believe in perfection, but in motivating those who strive for it. For them, there is no single type of management, no single way of leading, no single definition of leadership. Their models are multiple and from all horizons, because everyone must take ownership of his or her role, and do things in his or her own way.

Their certification programs offer a unique formula, and are developed in collaboration with university professors and leaders in their field. To date, their various certifications have produced over 3,800 graduates in 9 years.
