Régie rules requests made outside of reasonable timeframe will be rejected

In a ruling made this spring by Administrative Judge André Gagnier, the Régie du logement found that notifications made after too much time had passed since the opening of the file would be rejected. A property owner attempted to claim several months of rent and the termination of a lease for a case dating back to 2011.
