Bed bugs: Tenant’s lease terminated for lack of cooperation

In a decision made last winter, Administrative Judge Sylvie Lambert of the Régie du logement agreed to a landlord’s request to terminate a lease because the tenant had made it impossible for the exterminators to treat the unit. The Régie also ordered the tenant to pay the owner $200 for troubles and inconveniences.
