We recently learned that after its long fight to urge the Régie du logement to stop publishing rent-increase simulations that enabled tenants to contest an increase, CORPIQ finally got the result it hoped for. Yet just three weeks later, the minister of municipal affairs ordered the Régie to publish the rates for 2017. Despite this change, rental building owners still made a win.
