CORPIQ is Calling for a Tax Credit for Green Renovations

According to a recent CORPIQ survey, a strong majority of landlords (81%) own a building in need of renovation. Therefore, the housing market greatly needs to be rehabilitated; however, without any new incentive for the owners, the housing market will continue to deteriorate. For this reason, CORPIQ and the Québec Association of Construction and Homebuilding Professionals (APCHQ) jointly call for action by the government to curb degradation.
