Still a Lot of Vacant Apartments

As part of a recent CORPIQ survey conducted with its members, it was revealed that most of the regions of Quebec have high vacancy rates. The picture drawn of the 15000 housing units in question show that these regions have a rate higher than 3%, which some organizations consider to be the balance point between supply and demand in the rental market.
