The Couillard government is attacking your ownership rights – Write to your MP

The Liberal government voted in favor of Bill 492 which restricts the right of owners to repossess a dwelling in order to house their family, expand or divide. The Act comes into force immediately. The amendment, which came as a surprise, and the adoption of the bill have been made in less than a week, on June 10, the eve of the end of the parliamentary session following a political negotiation between the Liberal government and Québec Solidaire.
