The majority of landlords are willing to house Syrian refugees
News
CORPIQ recently conducted a survey with its members to find out whether they support the idea of renting their units to Syrian refugees currently relocating to Quebec. The results indicate that 59% are open to the idea on the condition that rent would be guaranteed. The rate rose to 68% if the Syrian refugees would be sponsored by an organization that would act as intermediary and ensure a follow-up.
