The QFREB 2015 Review: Projects and transactions rebound

The year 2015 was marked by the largest increase in sales in the Quebec residential market since 2007. However, data should be viewed in perspective with the fact that 2013 and 2014 were particularly difficult years in terms of home sales; thus it should be regarded more as a rebound rather than a significant increase.
