56.4% of property owners are planning to readjust within the next five years

This is what emerges from an exclusive survey recently conducted by CORPIQ on its members

Thus, over the next five years, 28.8% of respondents intend to purchase new buildings, while some plan to sell a portion (13.1%) or even everything (14.4%). The remaining respondents (43.6%) aim to keep the same number of building during this period.
