Impact of Canada Post strike on TAL services
News
Due to the ongoing strike at Canada Post, the Tribunal administratif du logement (TAL) is adapting its means of communication. Notices of hearings and decisions will be sent by parcel service or bailiff. So don't worry: notices of when your hearing will take place will be sent to all parties involved in the case, as will the decisions rendered.

The TAL reminds you that you can use the Tribunal's online services to file an application or transmit documents (examples: proof of notification of application, list of exhibits, RN form, etc.). You can also take these steps in person at one of our offices.
To keep track of the status of your case, consult the online docket, which can also be found under the “online services” tab. You'll find the notice of hearing, the documents filed and, if available, the decision! Finally, please note that if your decision seems to have been signed and sent in the docket, but does not appear, you can click on the “Documents” tab to request access to the documents in your file. A court file in PDF format will then be generated (normally within 24 hours of the request) by offline processing, which will create a link in the file's docket.
