Joël Chareyron appointed Chairman of the Board of CORPIQ

CORPIQ is pleased to announce the appointment of Joël Chareyron as Chairman of the Board.

Joël Chareyron's mission will be to pursue the initiatives launched in recent months, aimed at strengthening CORPIQ's positioning within its sectoral and institutional ecosystem. CORPIQ intends to contribute actively to the search for solutions to the challenges facing the housing sector, by positioning itself as a facilitator, offering landlords solutions adapted to the realities of the market.

This new dynamic involves a review of the organization's governance and social responsibility policy. These missions will be at the heart of Joël Chareyron's mandate, and he will be able to draw on his multidisciplinary expertise in technical, commercial and management fields, as well as on the wealth of his professional career.

A recognized businessman in Montreal, he led technical teams before creating and managing a property management services company for a national clientele in France. In 2018, he joined Groupe Alfid Services Immobiliers, where he now holds the position of Vice-President Strategy and Business. A real estate investor and plex owner, he sits on several boards of directors, including that of CORPIQ for over 2 years.
