NSF cheque fee initially ignored by TAL: landlord wins withdrawal case

In a recent non-payment of rent case heard by the Tribunal administratif du logement (TAL), a seemingly straightforward claim revealed more complex issues. The landlord, Dominic Gagnon, was seeking to recover unpaid rent owed by his tenants for more than three weeks, and to have their lease terminated, along with reimbursement of all costs incurred in the proceedings.
