Luc Poirier and Sanaa Benzakour join CORPIQ's Board of Directors

Yesterday, at our Annual General Meeting, we were delighted to announce the arrival of two new members to our Board of Directors. We warmly welcome Luc and Sanaa to the CORPIQ family.

Luc Poirier, founder and president of Poirier, has been immersed in the business world since the age of 14, developing a great passion for it. With over 30 years of experience, Luc Poirier has distinguished himself by investing in a multitude of business sectors, including real estate. He is at the helm of a number of major real estate projects that have earned him a reputation and numerous awards. Above all, Luc Poirier is one of the most important land developers in Quebec, having acquired several tens of millions of square feet of land which, over the next few years, will be home to over 20,000 new homes and businesses worth more than $12 billion.

 

Sanaa Benzakour, co-owner of PMML, has contributed significantly to the company's growth since its foundation in 2008. In addition to her commercial mortgage brokerage and real estate appraisal activities, Sanaa has played an important role in PMML's growth by creating the operational foundations for a multidisciplinary administrative team that provides support to brokers specialized and experienced in commercial real estate and mortgages.
