CORPIQ leads a trade mission to Paris
News
CORPIQ is currently leading a trade mission to France with a delegation of Quebec real estate investors and managers in Paris. The business trip includes several strategic meetings with partners and organizations in conjunction with the Real Estate and New Technologies (RENT) trade show taking place this week. The program includes workshops on innovation, site visits, and numerous exchanges to develop and/or strengthen partnerships between Quebec and French investors.
"By drawing inspiration from what is being done elsewhere in the world, we hope to put forward innovative solutions in Quebec in terms of housing supply, both for owners and managers and to propose to the authorities different approaches to face the challenges of the real estate market," says Benoit Ste-Marie, CORPIQ's executive director, who is leading this first mission abroad.
CORPIQ is positioned as a leader in real estate technology (Proptech). It has acquired the ProprioExpert suite from French partners in 2021 and is looking to expand the range of technological features and services to its offering by forging new business partnerships.
"We're really interested in the evolution of technology, which continues to advance at a rapid pace. By seeing what is being done elsewhere, we want to implement more efficient, effective and affordable means for our members in terms of their electronic property management, and thus ensure a leadership role in the transformation of the real estate industry in terms of technology," adds Benoit Ste-Marie.
The RENT show takes place in Paris on November 8 and 9 and brings together some 100 Proptech technology companies to serve the needs of property managers, real estate agents, investors, real estate developers, notaries, and commercial real estate professionals.
