In remembrance of Harold Leavey

CORPIQ was saddened to learn of the death of Harold Leavey, President of Entreprises Maheu Ltée, a true authority on pest control in Quebec. Mr. Leavey regularly appeared in the media to explain pest management issues and participated in several conferences and articles for CORPIQ over the years.

Proud and passionate about his profession, he was elected to head the Association québécoise de la gestion parasitaire (AQGP) from 1981 to 1983, and he elevated his company to the rank of member of the renowned National Pest Control Association and the Canadian Pest Management Association. Mr. Leavey is best known in the media for sharing his knowledge of the industry throughout his career through numerous speeches, interviews, and television programs.
