A sense of regret does not justify cancellation of agreement

Rulings

A tenant claims to have been tricked into signing a lease termination agreement with a departure date that was not what she thought she had agreed to with the landlord. The termination was scheduled for July 31, not October 31 as the tenant believed, as this was also the end date of her lease. However, this agreement was signed in the presence of the landlord's lawyer, not her own lawyer. In addition, she fears that she will lose her government grants because of this termination. She therefore claims that she was the victim of a tactic against her.
