Bill 390
CORPIQ is strongly opposed to Bill 390 which provides for the temporary suspension of the right to increase the rent of a lease between June 1, 2022 and May 31, 2023. This bill, presented by Québec solidaire, is irresponsible because it would reduce the supply in the market and therefore harm both tenants and landlords.
