Rent Registry: CORPIQ Asks the Minister to Act

CORPIQ has asked the Minister of Housing, Andrée Laforest, to abolish the rent fixing recourse that a new tenant can exercise in court to have his or her rent, which he or she has just accepted in the lease, lowered to the same amount paid by the former tenant.
