CORPIQ has received confirmation from the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and the Department of Public Health, that buildings that are located in the red zone can keep swimming pools open, while implementing the appropriate sanitary measures and ensuring that social distancing of 2 meters is respected.

However, gymnasiums must be closed if the building is located in the red zone. On October 27, the Quebec government announced an extension of the restrictive measures in the zones currently on "red alert" until November 23.
