CORPIQ succeeds in having the security deposit legally recognized

A tenant who has provided an amount as a security deposit cannot subsequently claim it during the course of the lease if it was voluntarily paid. A remarkable decision in this regard was obtained by CORPIQ, which successfully defended one of its members in front of the Régie du logement, which recently became the Tribunal administratif du logement.
