CORPIQ mobilized on July 1st and 2nd
News
The 1st of July is at our doorstep. This year's traditional Moving Day will bring additional and unprecedented challenges for landlords in the context of the pandemic. CORPIQ will be there.
With certain tenants who will refuse to leave on the agreed date, those who are experiencing symptoms of illness, those who’ve abandoned the property or will leave their dwellings in poor condition, or those who have still not paid their rent, the stakes are high.
This year, CORPIQ will be available on July 1st and 2nd.
Since the beginning of the crisis, CORPIQ has remained mobilized and adjusted its organization for these two days to accompany its members in the particular context of moves in times of pandemic.
Thus, the teams of advisors and the investigation department will be on duty to answer your questions. They will be available at the usual phone numbers.
Please note that our offices will be closed on June 24th for Saint-Jean-Baptise day and on July 3rd for Canada day.
Here are a few links to essential articles for July 1st, which will help you deal with some of the situations that may arise. Stay tuned to be well informed at corpiq.com and on our social networks:
