Tenant's lease terminated because he smoked cigarettes

The administrative judge, Sophie Alain, of the Régie du logement, canceled the lease of a tenant because he disturbed the peaceful environment of the neighbours because of the smell of cigarettes, in addition to contravening to the rules of the building which indicate that the lease is non-smoking. He is also ordered to pay $122 of legal fees.
