[REMINDER] Only a few more days to produce your RL-31 statements

The maximum deadline for delivering your RL-31 slips to the concerned tenants and sub-tenants is February 29, 2020.

RL-31 statements must be filed by any person or partnership that owns a building (lessor) and who has rented a unit for which rent was paid or payable on December 31, 2019. Those who used this service last year can retrieve the information already provided and update it.

The form will allow tenants registered on the lease as of December 31, 2019, if eligible, to benefit from the solidarity tax credit.

You can file your forms online on the Revenu Québec website. It is also possible to obtain the RL-31 statement in paper format by contacting Revenu Québec at one of the following numbers:

In case of delay or omission, a 100$ penalty is intended.
