CORPIQ has updated its calculation grid according to the criteria used by the Régie for the year 2020.

The 2020 rent setting criteria will increase housing rarity and affect the quality of the offer, predicts CORPIQ.

While the vacancy rate is decreasing in Quebec, the 2020 rent-setting criteria unveiled by the Régie du logement will accentuate the problems of availability and quality.

Two calculations are therefore proposed: the first is based on the Régie's criteria, the second on those that CORPIQ considers to be an acceptable minimum. To access the online calculator, click on the image below:
