In a recent Régie decision, a tenant had her lease terminated after having consumed cannabis in her apartment, despite a clause prohibiting it. The owner demonstrated that such behaviour caused her serious prejudice, in addition to disturbing the peaceful enjoyment of the premises by the other occupants of the building.
