Update: low criteria for the fixing of rent in 2019

Unless our new Minister of Housing decides otherwise, the 2019 criteria for the fixing of rent that will be published by the Régie du logement on January 18, 2019 will be similar to those in effect this year. CORPIQ therefore intends to intervene with her office within the next few days.
