Repossession or enlargement of a dwelling? At the owner's discretion, rules the Régie
Rulings
In a recent decision of Administrative Judge Linda Boucher, the Régie du logement accepted a landlord's notice for repossession against the tenants and rejected the latter's request to increase their compensation. In addition, the Régie recalled that the choice of recourse belongs to the lessor.
