A busy schedule is not an excuse

Having a busy schedule is not a reason that should prevent an owner from being able to visit his apartment, according to a recent decision of the Régie du logement. In her decision, the Administrative Judge Lucie Béliveau ordered a tenant who said she was very busy to allow access to her dwelling so that the landlord could have it visited by potential buyers. The tenant is thus sanctioned for failing to cooperate with the legitimate requests of her landlord.
