CORPIQ expresses owners’ expectations to the minister of Housing

In December, CORPIQ met with Housing minister Lise Thériault at the offices of her newly created department in Quebec City. Two issues in particular constituted the essence of the message delivered by CORPIQ: The need to allow a security deposit to be required at the signing of the lease, as well as the deficient rent setting criteria adopted by the government of Quebec.
