Amendment to the place of payment granted by the Régie

In a decision rendered in November by Special Clerk Gregor Des Rosiers, the Régie du logement accepted the landlord's request to change the terms of the lease relating to the payment of rent. The fact that the landlords had relocated to another building had a certain weight in the decision.
