Fax not sufficient to pospone hearing

In a ruling made this summer by Administrative Judge Serge Adam, the Régie du logement refused a tenant’s request for a postponement and the revocation of a previous decision because she did not attend the hearing. The Régie criticized the tenant’s negligence in not using the proper means to present the support for her postponement request.
