Court of Québec finds Régie should have recognized bailiff’s documents

In a ruling handed down this summer by the Honorable Dominique Gibbens, the Court of Québec granted an owner’s appeal of a decision made by the Régie du logement that validated a tenant’s non-renewal notice even though it was sent one month after receiving the rent-increase notice.
