Clause on animals: the Régie du logement contradicts itself

In a ruling made this summer by Administrative Judge Daniel Laflamme, the Régie du logement rejected an owner’s amended request to order his tenant to remove her pet from the apartment. The owner had initially asked for the lease to be terminated.
