News

The median price of the 2,087 plex properties (buildings with two to five units) purchased in Quebec during the second quarter of 2017 was $372,500, a 2% increase compared to the same period in 2016. The rise in market values is therefore higher than the rate of inflation (0.9%). The median price of plexes sold rose 10% over a five-year period, according to the QFREB Barometer.
