Goals and Issues

Several important issues came to the attention of rental property owners last year. Quebec’s rental property owners association, the Corporation des propriétaires immobiliers du Québec (CORPIQ), a non-profit organization that defends landlords’ interests and provides a range of services, interceded with authorities on their behalf on several occasions.
