As Senior Market Analyst, Élisabeth Koulouris is responsible for forecasting and analyzing the housing market in the Quebec City region. She first worked in international project management for several years before becoming a consultant and then, for nearly 10 years, an economist position in the federal government. She holds a bachelor's degree in agroeconomics and a postgraduate degree in international management. She joined the CMHC team in the fall of 2008.
