Anne-Louise Chauvette

Anne-Louise Chauvette, Director of Public and Government Affairs

With a DESS in Business Administration from HEC Montréal and a Master's in Political Science-Urbanization from the Université du Québec, Anne-Louise Chauvette has developed her expertise in various positions as political attaché and communications director in several federal and provincial ministerial offices, as well as with a major international automobile manufacturer and in associative circles. She has also been recruited by leadership programs such as the U.S. government's International Visitor Leadership Program and the World Economic Forum's Global Shapers. Over the course of her career, she has carried out numerous public affairs mandates in both Quebec and the United States, distinguishing herself through the creativity of her strategies.

 

Paul Cardinal

Paul Cardinal, Director of Economic Affairs

Mr. Cardinal joined the CORPIQ team in April 2024 as Director of Economic Affairs. Previously, he was Director of the APCHQ's Economic Department for five years, and Director of Market Analysis at the Québec Federation of Real Estate Boards for eleven years. Before that, he worked at CMHC for eight years as an analyst, then as senior analyst responsible for the Montreal market. He also has a wealth of experience in commercial real estate. He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration (B.A.A.) and a master's degree (M.Sc.) in applied economics from the École des hautes études commerciales (HEC Montréal), where he was also a lecturer in economics.

 

Nathalie Mercier

Nathalie Mercier, General Manager

Nathalie Mercier is an intrapreneurial executive with nearly 20 years' experience in managing multidisciplinary teams within service companies. With a bachelor's degree in economics and a master's in business administration, she excels in product and service development, change management and team mobilization. Mme Mercier has held management positions at the Institute for International Research (IIR), the Chamber of Commerce of Metropolitan Montreal, Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton, Banque Nationale and APCHQ.

 

Éric Sansoucy

Éric Sansoucy, Chairman of the Board, CORPIQ

Éric Sansoucy has been a general contractor, property owner and manager for some twenty years. He is one of the founders of Espé, a major player in the residential housing sector. He has extensive experience in corporate governance, having served on several boards of directors. In particular, he has served on the boards of the Association professionnelle des designers d'intérieur du Québec (APDIQ) and the Association des professionnels de la construction et de l'habitation du Québec (APCHQ).
