Safe Management of Asbestos: New Provisions in Force

On June 6, 2013, new provisions for the safe management of asbestos were adopted by the Commission de la santé et de la sécurité au travail (CSST). Construction employers and building owners were given two years to comply and this deadline expired just a few days ago (June 5th, 2015).
