Modifications following the adoption of Bill 65 and their impact on landlords

Since the beginning of the year, there have been a number of important modifications to the laws governing rental accommodation. On February 21st, a new law, Bill 31, came into force. Then, on June 6th, another law was passed to limit landlords' right to evict tenants and strengthen protection for elderly tenants.
