Lease renewal and rent fixation

The lease renewal period, for 12-month leases ending June 30, started on January 1 and will end on March 31, 2023. This is a busy time for many landlords, with calculations to be made, notices to be drafted and sent out, and the inevitable discussions with tenants who may be unhappy about the rent increases being introduced.
