Tenant and occupants evicted due to overcrowding and uncleanliness

A landlord obtained the termination of the lease of a tenant who resided with his wife and seven children on the third floor of a building and who lived in a state of overcrowding and uncleanliness. In addition to complaints from other tenants about noise and lack of quiet on the floor, they also claimed to be living with vermin, something that was never disclosed by the tenant who was the subject of the termination application.
