Request for termination against a tenant who disturbs the peaceful enjoyment of the premises

The landlords wished to terminate the lease of one of their tenants in their triplex, of which they were the owner-occupants, because of his noisy and inappropriate behaviour. Despite the landlords' best efforts to manage the conflict between the two tenants, and following the departure of one of them, the behaviour of the recalcitrant tenant worsened.
