Tenants' Application to Appeal: Denied

Tenants in a situation of repossession applied to appeal the decision of the Tribunal administratif du logement (TAL), claiming that they had been the victims of a misuse of justice. This request was denied for two reasons: the first is that the time limit for such a request was not met; the second is that there was insufficient evidence to document an abusive situation in the landlord's attempt to repossess the dwelling.
