In a decision rendered a few days ago, the Tribunal administratif du logement rejected the application of a tenant who complained of "incessant noise" from his upstairs neighbor. Although this judgment is not exceptional, it is a reminder of certain rules of law when this kind of dispute, which is very frequent, ends up in court.
