Orders of the Régie du logement: two interpretations

In a judgment rendered last June, Administrative Judge Ross Robins, of the Régie du logement, cancelled the lease and ordered the eviction since the tenant had not respected the order previously issued by the Tribunal to pay his rent on the 1st of each month. In fact, he paid on the 2nd day of the month.
