Negligent tenant prohibited from smoking

The administrative judge of the Régie du logement, Chantal Trahan, stayed the cancellation of a lease, but ordered a tenant to stop smoking in her dwelling for the entire duration of the lease, as well as for its subsequent renewals, even if the lease had allowed smoking for more than 25 years.
